Lee Zeldin, President-elect Donald Trump’s choice to lead EPA, has had a lucrative post-congressional career in strategic and media consulting, newly released records show.

The former New York Republican congressman’s financial disclosure report and ethics agreement were posted online on Saturday by the Office of Government Ethics. Disclosure of the documents, which detail his private-sector work since losing his 2022 gubernatorial campaign, is part of Zeldin’s nomination process.

He earned $775,000 in salary from his strategic and crisis management consulting firm Zeldin Strategies, according to the report.
