Former reality star and ex-congressman has questioned the science of global warming during his time as a Fox Business host.

Sean Duffy is no stranger to career changes.

He’s been a congressman. A district attorney. A reality TV star. And if the Senate confirms his nomination next year, he’ll serve as Transportation secretary under President-elect Donald Trump and join Trump’s emerging Cabinet of smash-mouth, telegenic officials.

But it’s Duffy’s recent turn as a host on Fox Business that perhaps provides the best insight into how he’ll approach the intersection of climate change and transportation.

Just last week, Duffy interviewed Alex Epstein — a provocateur who’s argued in favor of fossil fuels — during an episode of “The Bottom Line.” During the show, Duffy questioned the underlying reasons for global warming as well as the motivation behind liberals who want to address it.
