House Republicans say they’ll soon be launching new probes into climate and energy spending by the Biden administration.

Rep. Brett Guthrie (R-Ky.), chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, said Monday he was planning to conduct oversight hearings in the coming weeks looking into President Joe Biden’s green energy funding that Republicans believe is being rushed out before Biden leaves office.

Guthrie said Republicans were particularly interested in examining the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, a $27 billion investment created by the Inflation Reduction Act.
