Energy and environmental lobbyist Andrew Shaw has joined Bracewell’s Policy Resolution Group as a partner, the group announced Tuesday.
Shaw joins the firm from Dentons’ Washington office, where his clients included DC Water, the energy company Repsol and the GridWise Alliance, according to lobbying disclosures.
“Andrew is an outstanding advocate for his clients on a wide variety of energy transition issues and policies,” said Bracewell Managing Partner Gregory Bopp in a statement. “He brings valuable experience lobbying Congress and various federal agencies, and we are excited to have him join our award-winning Policy Resolution Group in Washington, DC.”
Shaw called Bracewell an “industry leader in the legal and policy aspects of the energy and environmental sectors.”
