A ‘sprint to the finish line’ for Biden Cabinet

Top aides to the president are mounting a last-minute push to elevate Kamala Harris to the White House.

President Joe Biden’s Cabinet members are spending the final stretch of the 2024 campaign urging voters to elect Vice President Kamala Harris.

In the waning days and hours of what’s expected to be a closely contested presidential election, top Biden administration officials traveled to swing states, attended get-out-the-vote events and implored voters to put Harris in the White House next year.

“It’s a sprint to the finish line — let’s keep up the momentum!” Interior Secretary Deb Haaland posted Tuesday on her personal account on the social media platform X.

Haaland posted a video of herself on Election Day supporting Harris. “We’re voting for our lands and waters,” Haaland said.
