President Joe Biden’s three nominees to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission appear to be on a fast-track to confirmation.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) on Thursday moved to wind down debate on David Rosner, Lindsay See and Judy Chang, setting up floor votes for when the chamber returns next week.

Democratic nominee Rosner, a FERC analyst who worked as a detailee to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, will be first up for a procedural vote Tuesday.

All three of the nominees could finish up their procedural votes and obtain final confirmation as soon as Wednesday, an aide told E&E News.
